By using BlitzBrawl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

BlitzBrawl offers free, browser-based games. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit, or disrupt other players' experience.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Choose display names that are not offensive or impersonating.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature or a change in applicable law. If a change is significant, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply in full.
